STEP 1 - APPLICATION FORM

You can find here below the quick steps to complete the application procedure. Before starting, it is compulsory reading the Registration Guide for Incoming students: https://www.unimore.it/servizistudenti/guideesse3.html
- Go to the website https://www.esse3.unimore.it/Home.do, select the English languageand click on“Registration from Access Code” on the left menu at the bottom of the page. Your access code is 4561 and it can be used only ONCE. You've been registered as Fernando Castilla Pacheco. When you enter your data, please don't put any accent on the letters.
- After having inserted all your personal data, the system provides you with a username and a password. IMPORTANT NOTICE: the registration IS NOT YET COMPLETED. You have to log in order to finish the procedure and to print the Application form: click on Perform Login.
- Once you log in, you have to click again on “International Mobility” on the left side of the page at the very bottom, and then on “Application form for Incoming students”. After having filled-in the form, you can click on “Forward” to complete the application: now you can print the form.
IMPORTANT: if you have problems with username and password please read the guide on page 12 ; if you still have problems or you can’t complete the application form please write to @email (before contacting them please see information on page 12 of the guide).
STEP 2– REGISTRATION TO THE ONLINE PLATFORM:

- Please register at the following web page: https://www.isu-services.it/.
- When finished, please upload at the following web page https://www.isu-services.it/
- the scan printed copy of the Application form (duly signed by you);
- the scan copy of the Learning agreement (duly signed by you and your Home Coordinator);
- the scan copy of the Transcript of records (it is a certificate that lists the exams you’ve already passed and it’s issued by your Home Institution);
- one Picture (passport size) .jpg format;
- copy of your Passport/Identity card.
Acceptance
We will be able to send you an e-mail of confirmation only after the approval of your learning agreement by our Erasmus Coordinators. Only to NON EU students we will send by e-mail a scan copy of the invitation letter.

Documentación a enviar para la matrícula
Una vez firmado el acuerdo con el coordinador, hay que enviar a la facultad de destino una copia original del application form,copia original del plan de estudios a cursar en el destino y una copia del expediente.

Calendario académico
Empezamos el curso a principios de octubre, tuvimos vacaciones en noviembre por el día de los Santos y en diciembre por el día de La Inmaculada y Navidad.
A la vuelta de Navidad no hemos tenido clase porque el 9 de enero empezaron los examen hasta el 24 de febrero.
El próximo semestre empieza a finales de febrero y los exámenes serán por mayo y junio.

La forma de evaluar es de 0 a 30, algunos hacen examen oral y otros escrito.

Idiomas
Italian Language Course
Enrolment is compulsory for students wishing to attend the Italian Language Courses. Students’ language skills will be assessed at the beginning of each semester with a placement test, after which students will be placed in a course suitable to their level. However, in order to attend the Italian language courses, students are required to have a preintermediate level of Italian; no beginners courses (A1) are offered.

Only students who will pass successfully one of the following levels: B1, B2, C1 and C2 will obtain 4 ECTS credits.

Alojamiento
Cuando rellenamos el application form había una casilla para marcarla si queriamos vivir en residencia,pero en noviembre buscamos piso por medio de inmobiliarias porque la residencia cerraba en enero.

Coste de la vida
- El precio del alojamiento depende del piso,pero más o menos por unos 240€ o 250€ al mes sin incluir los gastos.
- El billete del urbano cuesta 1.20€
- El precio de la comida es un poco más caro que en España,pero también hay marcar blancas que son más baratas.
- Cartón de leche: 0.60€, bote tomate: 0.70€, bolsa espaguetis 0.9....
- El Internet es muy barato, y para hablar con la gente de aquí lo mejor es una hacerse una tarjeta que se llama Wind,es conveniente traerse un móvil libre aunque aquí los venden por unos 20€.
Claves culturales
El horario es muy importante porque aquí amanece muy temprano y sobre las 4.3 ya es de noche.
Las tiendas las cierran a las 7.3,y a esa hora ya no hay mucha gente por la calle.
Las discotecas entre semana las cierran a las 2 de la mañana.
Redes sociales útiles
En Facebook hay un grupo,y también en foros como erasmusus.
Desplazamientos
Para llegar a Modena desde España lo mejor es un vuelo con Ryanair,sale muy bien de precio y en unas 2 horas estas en Bolonia que es la ciudad mas cercana,está a unos 30 minutos en tren.
Desde el aeropuerto hasta la estación de tren de Bolonia hay que coger un bus que cuesta 6€ y tarda un cuarto de hora mas o menos.
El tren desde Bolonia a Modena cuesta 3.6€
Información sobre la ciudad
Lo mejor es encontrar un buen piso por Via Emilia,que es el centro y donde están todas las tiendas de ropa,también esta cerca de algunos pub y de Baluardo que es la discoteca de los Erasmus.
Para comer el supermercado mas barato es el lid´l,aunque pilla un poco retirado del centro.
Información sobre el país
Las zonas de costa están muy bien,Rimini tiene una playa muy chula,y luego ciudades típicas como Verona,Roma,Pissa.
Consejos, recomendaciones, experiencias
Aunque se echa mucho de menos a la familia,amigos y gente que quieres es un año de experiencia y hay que aprovecharlo, así que hay que vivirlo al máximo.
Al principio seguro que te quieres volver,pero en cuanto te acostumbras todo es mucho mas fácil.
