STEP 1 - APPLICATION FORM
Deadline for submitting the Online Application Form: 16/06/2017 h 23:59
You can find here below the quick steps to complete the application procedure. Before starting, it is compulsory reading the Registration Guide for Incoming students: https://www.unimore.it/servizistudenti/guideesse3.html
- Go to the website https://www.esse3.unimore.it/Home.do, select the English languageand click on“Registration from Access Code” on the left menu at the bottom of the page. Your access code is 4561 and it can be used only ONCE. You've been registered as Fernando Castilla Pacheco. When you enter your data, please don't put any accent on the letters.
- After having inserted all your personal data, the system provides you with a username and a password. IMPORTANT NOTICE: the registration IS NOT YET COMPLETED. You have to log in order to finish the procedure and to print the Application form: click on Perform Login.
- Once you log in, you have to click again on “International Mobility” on the left side of the page at the very bottom, and then on “Application form for Incoming students”. After having filled-in the form, you can click on “Forward” to complete the application: now you can print the form.
IMPORTANT: if you have problems with username and password please read the guide on page 12 ; if you still have problems or you can’t complete the application form please write to webhelp@unimore.it (before contacting them please see information on page 12 of the guide).
STEP 2– REGISTRATION TO THE ONLINE PLATFORM:
Deadline for registering and uploading the documents to the Online Platfom: 16/06/2017 h 23:59
- Please register at the following web page: https://www.isu-services.it/.
- When finished, please upload at the following web page https://www.isu-services.it/
- the scan printed copy of the Application form (duly signed by you);
- the scan copy of the Learning agreement (duly signed by you and your Home Coordinator);
- the scan copy of the Transcript of records (it is a certificate that lists the exams you’ve already passed and it’s issued by your Home Institution);
- one Picture (passport size) .jpg format;
- copy of your Passport/Identity card.
Acceptance
We will be able to send you an e-mail of confirmation only after the approval of your learning agreement by our Erasmus Coordinators. Only to NON EU students we will send by e-mail a scan copy of the invitation letter.

Please select the academic year and according to the Department you’ll apply, you can choose the courses.
