Step 1 - Application
To complete the online application form.
Submit your online application (See Page 4 of the attached Guide for more information)
- As a new user, click on "first time user account creation" at the bottom of the page to create a Login ID and PIN.
- In the "Application Type” field, select "International Exchange Program".
- In the "Admission” field, select "Academic Year 2017-2018".
- In the “Programme Selection” field, select “Exchange” in the relevant faculty and on the relevant campus.
No additional documents (e.g. transcripts, evidence of language level) are required for incoming Erasmus students with the exception of students coming to study in the Belfast School of Art or Belfast School of Architecture, who will be required to submit a portfolio of work for assessment. Details of how to submit portfolios will be sent to nominated students.

Step 2 - Acceptance
When the student's online application form has been processed, we will email him/her directly with our decision. A letter of acceptance will be emailed to all accepted students. The letter of acceptance will confirm the student’s campus, Studies Adviser and Student ID.
