Semester 1 (Fall) 2016/17 students - Swansea University will hold an Examination Board to discuss the results of the Semester 1 incoming exchange & visiting students on 6th March 2017. Shortly after this date interim academic transcripts will be produced and sent to students home addresses along with a copy to their home universities. Final confirmed transcripts will be issued at the end of the academic year in mid- June.
Students can currently view their results on their Intranet records but these results are unconfirmed and may be subject to change until 6th March.
Semester 2 (Spring) students – On 3rd February we greeted 145 new incoming exchange & visiting students at a very successful and well received Orientation. We are currently ensuring that all students are signed up for the correct number of modules/classes that their home university programmes allow/require. Next week we will be producing final Learning Agreements which we require students to check and sign before releasing. Students will retain a copy for their own records. For Non-EU institutions we will scan and email to Study Abroad Coordinators directly.
Session 2017/18 - Due to recent restructuring within the IDO we are currently reviewing and updating our Nomination & Application Procedures, along with information Factsheets and Online Application Form (students must not complete the form now as it is not relevant for the 17/18 session). We will be emailing the finalised materials, along with details of when the Online Application will be live for this session to all our partners in early March. In the meantime please free to email your student nominations, providing the full name(s) of your students; Student email address; Field of study; Duration of stay, and we will record these on our system.
IMPORTANT DEADLINE DATES:
September 2017 start - Submission of online applications – by Friday 19th May 2017
January 2018 start - Submission of online applications – by Friday 27th October 2017

Students are required to complete all necessary fields and ensure they upload all documentation that is required before submitting the application.
