The third day focused on research excellence and the Faculty’s commitment to social and environmental challenges through pioneering European projects.

Faculty Outreach and Research Networks

The morning session was opened by Dr Laura Alcaide and Dr Araceli Rojo, who provided a detailed overview of the Faculty’s academic strength. Current research networks connecting the centre with institutions worldwide were highlighted, exploring new avenues for knowledge transfer and scientific collaboration.

Presentation of European Innovation Initiatives

Three key projects defining the institution's strategic roadmap were analysed:

• SAFE for All: Focused on accessibility and inclusive safety. The Mapping Handbook was presented, and inclusive evacuation plans were debated, incorporating valuable input from international partners.
• DIGIMPACT.EU: A debate session on digital transformation in higher education and the business sector, focusing on technology as a driver for sustainable social impact.
• GREAT: A project oriented towards the green transition in Economics and Administrative Sciences, exploring concepts such as Green Jobs and sustainable skill development.
