Our exchange application has opened and we are happy to welcome your students to apply to NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences as an exchange student for the fall semester or full year.

HOW TO APPLY?

Students are welcome to fill in our incoming exchange application form available from April 1rst at:

Please note: you can only fill in our online application from through Modzilla Firefox
When filling in our incoming exchange application form, students will be asked to upload the following documents:
a. 1 copy of your passport (personal details and expiry dates) or EU identity card
b. 1 passport-sized photograph
c. 1 copy of your insurance policy (in English, French, German, Spanish or Dutch) or European Health Card
d. A motivation letter
e. A Curriculum Vitae
f. Proof of English language level (not needed when the language of instruction is English)
We don’t need a hard copy of their application package.
The application deadline for the Fall Term or Full Academic Year: 15 May 2018
WHAT COURSES WILL BE OFFERED?
At NHTV students are not able to select random courses, but they need to pick a program.

After their acceptance students will receive an email with all detailed information on how to deliver your learning agreement.
HOUSING
Once your student is admitted, we will contact them with personal login details, beginning July, for the website of Student Rooms Breda, where they can find and select a room.

VISA
If your student needs a visa to study at NHTV, NHTV Student Office will start the application procedure for a Visa and/or Residence permit as soon as they have been admitted to one of the NHTV’s course programmes or exchange programmes. The procedure may take up to 8 weeks.
NHTV Student Office will send an email with login code and password to use the Visa Care+ application system. After they log in they will be guided through the Visa / Residence Permit application procedure.
ESN BREDA
ESN Breda is our international student organization that will help your student(s) from the beginning (pick up at the airport and buddy program) until the end of their exchange (farewell party), They will help your student(s) get acquainted with and settled in our lovely Dutch city.
